CR1 Antibody

Additional Information:
|Introduction Erythrocyte complement receptor 1 (CR1, also known as CD35, C3b/C4b receptor and immune adherence receptor) is a human gene. This protein encoded by this gene is a member of the regulators of complement activation (RCA) family and is located in the ‘cluster RCA’ region of chromosome 1. The gene encodes a monomeric single-|Anti-human CR1 (CD35). Applications: 1 ug/100 ul as primary antibody. Reactivity: Human. Immunogen: Soluble human CR1. Purification: IgG is purified from mouse ascites through a Protein A column. Form of Antibody: 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative. Clone No: KT23. Isotype: Mouse IgG1. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Antibodies are immunoglobulins secreted by effector lymphoid B cells into the bloodstream. Antibodies consist of two light peptide chains and two heavy peptide chains that are linked to each other by disulfide bonds to form a “Y” shaped structure. Both tips of the “Y” structure contain binding sites for a specific antigen. Antibodies are commonly used in medical research, pharmacological research, laboratory research, and health and epidemiological research. They play an important role in hot research areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic assays, characterization of signaling pathways, detection of protein expression levels, and identification of candidate biomarkers.
