|Background Surfactant protein A is an innate immune system collectin. The gene encoding SP-A map to mouse chromosome 14.1Surfactant protein-A, which plays a role in innate host defense in the lung, is also expressed in the Eustach tube. Form of Antibody: Each v contains 5 mg BSA, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4, 0.05 mg Thimerosal, 0.05 mg NaN3. Isotype: Rabbit IgG. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
